    The last two times I ordered the SuperSonic burrito, it came without tots inside! The tots are my favorite part, so that was a disappointment... twice! Also, when I ordered from GrubHub the food came cold, except for the ice cream, which was totally melted.

    Waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes to get home and see the tots I asked for To he extra crispy we SO SOGGY like the had been dipped in water was not worth the wait at all would rather just have saved my money service was horrible they were so rude 0 stars if I could EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE

    Ice cream machine broken.  Drive-ins don't work so everyone had to use drive-thru.  The special they're madly advertising on TV isn't displayed on their menus.  Took a few minutes to get on the same page with the drive thru person just asking about the special...  all around dumb experience.  Fix your stuff and put someone in the drive thru who can understand basic questions.

    We showed up at 11:30 and there were 2 cars in the drive up and then waitress said they were closed even thought the hours sat until midnight online!! Do the pies and shoooed is away
